- Event Attendance: $6000 per company

- Standard room cost: $145.00 per night per room (Resort fee and taxes included)
- Food, Drinks, and Gambling: not covered although there may be some ProStruct-sponsored events
What you need to bring with you:
- Laptop (not mandatory but helpful)
- Yellow pad or something to write on and pens
- Financial reports: Annual P&L and Balance Sheet, P&L broken out by month, AR and AP reports

- Jan 12–13 (Mon–Tue): Contractor Growth Intensive (8:30am-5pm)
- Jan 14 (Wed): Most attendees choose to travel home Wednesday morning so they don’t miss out on the Tuesday night Closeout Party.
Location: Nashville, TN - The meeting venue is off of Broadway in Downtown Nashville. Suggested hotels and additional information will be provided after registration.

General Contractor and Co-Host of the Contractor Cuts podcast, James brings his 15 years of knowledge and experience to the Chart the Course retreat. James has experienced every stage of growth, from being a project manager for a commercial construction company, to owning multiple residential construction companies in multiple states.
FAQs
Arrive Sunday, January 11th. Sessions begin Monday at 8:30 AM and run through Tuesday late afternoon. IF you cannot make it on Sunday, arrive as early as possible Monday morning as we quickly dive deep into the intensive.
Ideally, you should plan to head home Wednesday morning, January 14th. All official events end Tuesday evening at 5pm, but we will have a Closeout Party Tuesday evening.
No, Nashville International Airport (BNA) is a short 8-10 minute Uber ride from Broadway. The hotel we suggest is right off of Broadway. The meeting space and Party venue are also off of broadway, so the entire event is walkable.
We strongly recommend it to capture the full flow of assessment → planning → commitment. If you can only make one day, please set up a phone call to discuss.

All retreat sessions and materials (including some bonus swag as well). The Cocktail Party Sunday night, lunch Monday, and snacks/ drinks are all included with the retreat. Lodging and meals are arranged separately; we share recommended options once you’re confirmed.
Yes—many contractors bring a business partner or key team members to align on the plan. We suggest only bringing key decision makers from your team as we dive deep into your company’s flaws so we can identify and solve issues stunting your growth. Only bring team members that have full access to your financials as we go under the hood of your operations.
